      The TiLi ZLYJ series single-screw extruder reducer is a high-precision gear transmission device with thrust bearings, specifically designed forplastic and rubber single-screw extruders. The product design adheres to the technical specifications outlined in JB/T8853-2001 "Cylindrical Gear Reducers." Key features include the use of high-strength alloy steel for gears and shaft components. The gears undergo carburizing,quenching, and gear grinding processes. The gear precision meets GB10095-88 standard, Class 6, with gear hardness ranging from HRC54-62. A large-diameter thrust bearing is installed at the front end of the hollow output shaft to withstand axial thrust during screw operation.The reducer boasts high load capacity, balanced transmission, low noise, and high efficiency.

Selection of ZLYJ Hardened Gearbox:

The selection of ZLYJ gear reducers must verify mechanical power, axial thrust, and thermal efficiency. The detailed steps are as follows:

Step 1: Select the speed ratio (Table 1): Input speed n1=1000 rpm, output speed n2=70 rpm

i=n1/n2=1000/70=14.28, select the speed ratio as 14

Select the gear reducer specifications (Table 1): Choose the model based on the input power and output speed provided by the user.

The input power is P=26KW. Referring to the table, 29KW>26KW, and it is the most economical option. Select ZLYJ200Select the gear reducer's mounting type: Choose the assembly form of the gear reducer based on the user's installation method

Determine the connection dimensions:

1. Verify the bore diameter, key width or splined parameters, and axial hole depth of the hollow output shaft.

2. Verify the dimensions of the anchor bolt installation holes and the size of the thrust block threaded holes.

Determine the cooling method: Small-sized gear reducers typically use splash lubrication and natural cooling, while large-sized gear reducers employforced lubrication and machine cooling. If the user's requirements exceed the specifications listed in the appendix, they must be specified duringthe ordering process.

ZLYJ Hard Tooth Surface Gearbox Applicable Scope: The input speed of the high-speed shaft shall not exceed 1500 rpm. The circumferential speed of gear transmission shall not exceed 20 m/s. The operating ambient temperature ranges from -40°C to 45°C. If the temperature is below 0°C,the lubricating oil must be preheated above 0°C before starting. This gearbox can operate in both forward and reverse directions, but some models with high-speed shafts are equipped with unidirectional oil pumps. The default direction is clockwise rotation when facing the output shaft.If the direction needs to be changed, please specify during order placement.
