Users of cycloidal pin gear reducer should pay attention to that the lubricating oil of reducer should use 220 extreme pressure industrial gear oil, and the lubricating oil should be added to the high pressure of oil level or the middle position of oil gauge. The replacement of lubricating oil for planetary reducer requires a fixed replacement cycle. Generally, the lubricating oil with better quality needs to be replaced after 220 hours of continuous normal operation, and the residual impurities and dirt should be removed before replacement.

For the deceleration mechanism that works continuously for more than 10 hours a day, it shall be replaced once every three months. For the reducer that works no more than three hours a day, it shall be replaced once every six months. If the reducer has not been used for a long time, it shall be replaced with lubricating oil before next use.
