At present, we develop a new hard surface gearbox for single screw extruder named DJYG.this product was optimized to meet higher extrusion speed with larger output torque and axial force. it have many features: small volume, strong bearing capacity, stable transmission, low noise, high efficiency, etc.
Box: made of high quality Cast iron, Box structure low down the noise in the design. at the same time, aging treatment and advanced processing technology ensure the accuracy of box
Gear: Gear is made of high strength alloy steel material such as 20CrMnMo, 20CrNi2Mo. the tooth surface hardness up to HRC56-62, the precision of level 5 (GB/T10095-2001) after carburizing ,quenching and grinding etc process. at last making some reasonable modification to ensure the effect of gear meshing.
Bearing: General choose well-known brands at domestic and foreign, such as SKF, FAG, NSK, ZWZ, HRB
Seal: General choose import brand,such as SOG,SIMIRIT, etc.

Q 7: What information shall we give before placing a purchase order?

A:You can pay via T/T(30% in advance as deposit before production +70% before delivery
